The Holzlandkino on Jahnstraße has one auditorium with 87 seats. Everyone sits in an individual armchair with a table for drinks and snacks, and the hall has underfloor heating. Films are shown digitally in 2D and 3D, with Dolby Digital 7.1 sound. For 3D the cinema lends out Volfoni EDGE 1.2 liquid-crystal glasses in three sizes, and glasses from other 3D systems do not work here. Alongside the regular programme it runs the VHS-Kino series. School classes can book morning screenings by arrangement, including films in the original language. The Kinobar serves coffee and cocktails before and after the film.
