Filmcenter Dillingen

The Filmcenter on Kapuzinerstraße in Dillingen an der Donau has been running since 1935. Its four screens are called Dilli 1 to Dilli 4 and seat 85, 206, 34 and 135. All of them have Dolby Digital 7.1, and Dilli 1, 2 and 4 also show 3D. The largest screen measures 39 square metres and hangs in Dilli 4, which on 17 December 2009 became the first hall to open digitally, with Avatar. The house kept showing 35mm films until May 2011. Only Dilli 3 can be reached without steps. Besides current releases, the cinema shows seven performances from the Met in New York in the 2026/27 season, at 30 euros a ticket. Standard admission is 9.50 euros, or 6.50 euros on Monday cinema day (public holidays excepted). The car park at the post office is 50 metres from the cinema.
