Alte Brennerei

The cinema of the Alte Brennerei Schwake is at Liebfrauenstraße 6 in Ennigerloh. The building was a schnapps distillery and was converted into a culture centre in the 1980s under heritage-protection rules. The cinema has a large auditorium with 56 seats and a small one with 24, both digital and air-conditioned. The programme stays away from the mainstream, with a separate children's cinema programme alongside. Regular admission is 9 euros, and Thursday is Kinotag with 1.50 euros off. A lift gives step-free access. The house is run by the association Alte Brennerei Schwake e.V., which also stages cabaret and theatre in the building.
