Hinter dem Gießhaus 3, 10117 Berlin
The Zeughauskino is the cinema of the Deutsches Historisches Museum. Since 6 January 2023 it has played in the auditorium of the Pei-Bau on Hinter dem Gießhaus rather than inside the Baroque Zeughaus on Unter den Linden. Its programming is curatorial rather than commercial: thematic retrospectives, rare archival prints and rediscovered works.
A small Bavarian village is renowned for its "Ruby Glass" glass blowing works. When the foreman of the works dies suddenly without revealing the secret of the Ruby Glass, the town slides into a deep depression, and the owner of the glassworks becomes obssessed with the lost secret.
