It programmes films that rarely find their way into conventional cinemas, some screened on 35mm, spanning avant-garde, experimental and art cinema. With ticket prices between four and six euros and a cash-only policy, the Werkstattkino operates as a pure cinephile institution, stripped of commercial trappings and dedicated entirely to the art of film.
