UCI Wandsbek is a multiplex on Friedrich-Ebert-Damm with the first IMAX screen in Hamburg and in northern Germany. The IMAX auditorium seats 249 in electrically adjustable luxury leather chairs and uses dual laser projection on a custom reflective screen built for brightness and colour fidelity. Films shown there run through the IMAX DMR digital remastering process. The other auditoriums carry standard UCI equipment and mainstream programming for the Wandsbek district.
