Scala Filmtheater

The Scala Filmtheater sits at Klosterstraße 5 in Warendorf, run by Johannes Austermann. It has two screens: screen 1 with 168 seats, screen 2 with 70 seats and its popular bucket seats. Both screens project digitally in 2K, with sound from Dolby Digital 7.1. In summer the cinema shows films in the open air at the Landgestüt and runs a bicycle film festival. The Scala Café has been part of it since the turn of 2018/19, set up in the former rooms of a brewery and distillery, with its own Scala coffee and, in the evening, cocktails and draught beer.
