Five screens in Blasewitz, east of the centre, with the largest arthouse programme in Dresden: around 170 screenings are on sale at any time, from current releases to a standing repertory strand that has run Paris, Texas, Fargo, Breaking the Waves and the Ghibli films this summer. Roughly one screening in twelve is an original-version print with German subtitles, marked as such on the operator's own programme rather than left for the visitor to guess.
