Pollux by Cineplex is a nine-screen cinema in Paderborn, run by the Esch-Renneke family, who have operated cinemas in the city since Johannes Renneke Senior founded the business in 1928. It opened as Cineplex Paderborn in 1999 and reopened as Pollux in 2016 after a comprehensive renovation that halved the seat count in favour of premium recliners. Paderborn also has the Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum, the world's largest computer museum.
