The NOVUM Kino in Büdingen has five air-conditioned halls seating 198, 94, 92, 65 and 74. Cinema at this site goes back to 1919, when silent films were first shown in the Haus Fürstenhof. In April 2016 the cinema moved to Bahnhofstraße 46-48 and took the name NOVUM Kino. Every hall screens in 2D and 3D, and the largest uses its own VPT INTENSE sound system. On Mondays the Kinotag ticket costs 7 euros. The car park by the building is free for cinema visitors from 2 pm.
