The Kurtheater Schömberg opened in 1953. Its single auditorium seats 153. Projection is digital, with a Christie 2K projector onto an 8 metre wide Cinemascope screen (2.39:1). In 2025 the sound was upgraded to 7.1 with 16 JBL speakers.
