Friedrich-Engels-Ring 55, 17033 Neubrandenburg
The CineStar on Friedrich-Engels-Ring is the multiplex of Neubrandenburg. The Mecklenburg town is known for its medieval town wall, still almost complete after seven centuries and lined with Wiekhäuser, and for four ornate Gothic gate towers. The old town inside was badly damaged in 1945 and rebuilt as a mix of historic reconstruction and GDR-era Plattenbau. Visitors come from the Mecklenburg lake district to the south and the Baltic coast to the north.
