The Kristall-Palast is a multiplex in Bremen's Horn-Lehe district, away from the medieval centre, serving the city's eastern residential quarters. Horn-Lehe is green and quiet, and home to the University of Bremen and the Rhododendron-Park. The screens are modern and the programming is mainstream. Bremen has its own film festival and several independent cinemas, and the Kristall-Palast covers the commercial end.
