The Cineplex in Rudolstadt stands on Albert-Lindner-Straße. The Thuringian town lies on the Saale below the baroque Heidecksburg palace. Friedrich Schiller spent formative years here and met Goethe for the first time in Rudolstadt in 1788. Every summer the Tanz und FolkFest, one of Germany's largest folk and world music festivals, brings international artists to the town.
