The Cinéma 17 is the cinema of the culturverein caserne e.V., inside the Karl-Maybach-Gymnasium in Friedrichshafen. The association has run it since October 2022, together with the school and as the successor to the Kino Studio 17. The hall seats 200 and has a digital 4K projector. The programme favours culturally and historically notable films. Foreign-language titles screen on Mondays in the original version with subtitles. Tickets are sold only at the box office.
