Capitol Dahlem is a single-screen arthouse cinema in an Art Nouveau villa in Berlin's leafy southwest, in the academic quarter around the Freie Universitaet. It is one of very few cinemas in this part of the city, a district of botanical gardens and research institutes. The auditorium has the feel of a salon rather than a multiplex, and the programme is mostly European and international arthouse.
