Universum Theater Landau

The Universum Theater stands at Königstraße 48/50 in Landau, where the Universum Kinocenter opened in 1959. The cinema ran until mid-2022, after which the owners Christian Ruppel and Harald Erny had the building converted into a theatre. Shows take place in the Kinocenter's former largest screen, Universum 3, which has about 450 seats, an enlarged stage and a 2K cinema projector with a Dolby server. The programme mixes concerts, variety, comedy and poetry slams with films. Only the film screenings are listed here.
