The Regina Filmtheater is in Regensburg-Reinhausen, at the junction of Holzgartenstraße and Frankenstraße. Kino 1 has 236 seats, 92 of them in the balcony, and a 72 square metre screen. Kino 2 is much smaller at 60 seats, and many of its seats come with a small table for drinks. Foreign-language films regularly run in the original with German subtitles. On Wednesdays the house shows a film at 11 am and 3 pm with coffee and cake, and VinoKino pairs a screening with a wine tasting. In December 2024 the Bavarian State Chancellery and the FilmFernsehFonds Bayern awarded the cinema their Spitzen-Kinoprogramm-Prämie.
