Neutorstraße 1, 91126 Schwabach
The Luna-Theater on Neutorstraße has shown films since 1913 and is still family-owned, today by Norbert and Gerlinde Flecken. The cinema sits in a half-timbered house built in 1464, renovated together with the monument conservation authority. There are three screens, all with Dolby Digital and 3D. Screen 1 also has Dolby Atmos. In the 1950s and 1960s the house was often used as a theatre. The stage is still there, and the hall can be hired for small-stage shows or concerts. The programme is updated every Monday.
