The Kommunales Kino Weinstadt sits in the basement of the historic tithe barn (Zehntscheuer) in the Stiftshof in Beutelsbach. A volunteer team puts the programme together. From September to May films for adults and for children play every week, and the Kino am Nachmittag comes with home-baked cake and coffee. The auditorium has 55 original wooden folding seats from Beutelsbach's old cinema of the 1950s. Admission is 7 euros, or 5 euros for children. Seats are reserved by phone or e-mail. For 80 euros the auditorium can be hired for a private screening with up to 55 guests. S-Bahn line 2 stops in Beutelsbach.
