The Kommunales Kino Kirchheim, known as koki, has been showing films since early February 2026 in the former Stadtkino at Max-Eyth-Straße 1. It is run by the association Kommunales Kino Kirchheim unter Teck e.V. as a cinema its members help operate, working in volunteer groups. The programme group picks the films, and most screenings fall between Friday and Sunday. A ticket costs 9 euros (7 reduced), or 11 euros (9 reduced) for films of 140 minutes or more. The box office opens 45 minutes before each show. The building displays an old Bauer B8 projector, moved here from the former Kino Tyroler.
