Mühlenstraße 13, 78224 Singen (Hohentwiel)
The Kino in der GEMS belongs to the GEMS Kulturzentrum at Mühlenstraße 13, a venue funded by the town of Singen and the state of Baden-Württemberg. Much of the programme is chosen by Weitwinkel, Singen's community cinema society. The society states the language version in its film notes, and some films run in the original with German subtitles. Other screenings are put on with partners such as the children's and youth hospice service of the Konstanz district or the Aids-Hilfe Konstanz. Cinéfête, the French school film festival, also stops here, organised with the Institut Français Stuttgart. Tickets are sold only at the box office on the night, and the house takes no reservations or advance sales for the cinema. Singen Landesgartenschau station is a four-minute walk away.
