Donaustraße 7, 93086 Wörth an der Donau
The Donau-Lichtspiele in Wörth an der Donau were built in 1957 and have one screen with 140 seats. It held 350 until the 1981 renovation, and the former balcony box has been a bar with eight swivel stools ever since. The seats have small side tables, and drinks such as beer or wine are served during the show too. Projection has been digital since the end of 2010 on a Christie 2K projector, and sound has been Dolby 7.1 since December 2012. You may bring your own 3D glasses. Adults pay 7 euros, children up to 15 pay 5 euros before 6 pm. There are no screenings on Mondays and Thursdays, except on public holidays.
