Porschestraße 39, 38440 Wolfsburg
The Delphin-Palast on Porschestraße is Wolfsburg's oldest cinema. Its first screening ran on 3 September 1953. It closed in 2007 and reopened in 2008, and since 2025 the Rilk family runs it again. Kurt Rilk had planned the cinema in 1951. There are three auditoriums: the Delphin on the first floor with 350 seats and a 15-metre screen, the Herbie with 199 and the Victoria with 60. All show 2D and 3D with Dolby Digital 7.1. No advertising runs before the films, and there is no surcharge for long films. On Wednesdays at 5 pm the art-film programme runs, and every second Sunday of the month a film classic.
