Central Kino Rottweil

The Central Kino is at Hauptstraße 59, below the historic old town of Rottweil. It has three halls. Saal 1 seats 140, has a 10 m wide screen and a stage, and its back rows are sofas and armchairs. Saal 2 seats 60 and has a 6 m wide screen that also shows 3D. Saal 3 seats 46 and has a 5 m wide screen. All three halls have Dolby 7.1 sound. Central Kino GmbH has run the cinema since September 2021, taking over from its long-time operator Christa Ullrich. Most films play in German, some as original versions with subtitles (OmU), and the Kommunales Kino Filmclub Central Rottweil e.V. holds its own Filmclub evenings.
