Trierer Straße 13, 66620 Nonnweiler
The Central-Filmtheater on Trierer Straße in Nonnweiler belongs to the Lauer family and opened in September 1956. Wilhelm Lauer won the permit for it in 1955 before the Higher Administrative Court of Saarland. Andreas Lauer has run the cinema since the late 1970s. Its single hall has tables in front of the rows of seats. Projection has been digital since December 2012, 3D included. Every Tuesday at 8 pm the series Der besondere Film! shows arthouse films.
